Trust Management Group, LLP (“TMG”) was formed in 1999 by longtime Texas and Pennsylvania trust professional Gary Matesic, in response to requests for personal trust litigation advice and expert consulting support from several Dallas- and San Antonio-based law firms. He was joined in the first quarter of 2001 by technology executive Mike Shea, who brings to the firm his insights on software systems, electronic marketing and business development.

To further deepen the experience base of TMG for the benefit of our clients, we have contractual arrangements with several other highly experienced trust and banking professionals, who can be brought in by Mr. Matesic when needed.

We specialize in advice on matters (except legal) relating to personal trusts, charitable trusts, decedents' estates, most areas of commercial, community and private banking, private foundations and 501(c)(3) organizations (public charities). We will also advise on certain institutional trust matters. Furthermore, we are available to assist bank trust departments, trust companies and community banks with outsourcing and advisement on a number of administrative, compliance and sales/marketing matters.
